Attacked by money scam

Hello,
I have a hotmail account and have been hacked by the London money scam hackers. I cannot reset my password because I cannot remember the answer to my security question (actually, I'm not even sure that it is the question that I set up originally, as I never would ask that question as a security question. I think the hackers changed the security question as well....). I'd love to re-gain access to my account to pull out my contacts. Can you help me do this?
