Try this 1.
First make sure that GPRS service is activated.
Account Name: Vodafone Live
User Name: leave Blank
Password: leave Blank
Proxy: Enabled/yes
Access Point Name: portalnmms
Proxy: Enabled/yes.
Proxy and Server address: 010.010.001.100
Proxy and Server Port: 9401 or 8080
Homepage: http://vicallertunes.in/?utm_campaign=Vodafone+Live+WIfi+Users&utm_medium=WAP&utm_source=Vodafone+Live+WIfi+Users
Authentication Type: Normal
