Here you can find here several themes skins for windows xp

Installation thèmes:
Step 1. Copy the unzipped files into your C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\... directory.
Shortcut: c:\Windows\Resources\Themes\
Step 2. Now go to your desktop properties you should be then able to select and apply "Your theme " under the "Appearance" tab in the "Windows and buttons" list.
