Delete cookies and clear your browser cache and try again if this does not help then download latest version of browser then reinstall.

i have same thing, can see my emails but cant open them, it is specific to hotmail and firefox as i have no issues with googlemail and firefox, nor with IE and hotmail.
On a side note, firefox is also not allowing me to access the admin notes on a website i maintain, so im having to begrudginly use IE at the moment till we get a fix on firefox
