hi i am not able to restore my phone..i tried 12345 code also its telling error.how to foramt..plz help me.

Hi there,

If you changed the security password then use the new one to reset the mobile to factory settings.

Hi there,

This time you need to take it to a mobile phone repair shop with receipt of mobile purchase and they wil do resetting of password.
