Run exe file during shutdown

Hello,
i want to run exe when system gets shutdown & log off in windows 7.

Hi there,

Please give more information on your request and the reason for running exe during shutdown.what is its purpose as its being shutdown.

i want to get shutdown time of user so when shutdown is clicked by user then my exe will run & i would get time.
