Connect Modem for 2 computers

Hello,
hi all bit of a problem here hope you can help i got my sky modem down down stairs and i got a wireless up stairs but it conects but says computer to computer and cant do nothing and help would be great-full thank you

If you only have modem and want to have wireless network, you need to get a wireless router and set up a simple wireless network to share Internet, documents or other multimedia files. You need to configure wireless router and also the computer's wireless adapter correctly, so that the computer can join the wireless network.
