Tata docomo Manual setting

Hello,i have nokia x2 and i am using tata docomo sim.i got manual gprs setting of tata docomo after that internet started in my mobile,but the problem is that only pre-loaded web browser opera is runing in my mobile.when i open the web it does not open and one massage shows check home page adress.one more problem is that, i have downloaded 4.2 version opera mini from pre-loaded opera but it also does open and one massage shows failed to connect contect your servies provider. Kindly give me suggetion that what should i do ?
