Hi Ravitej,
Try your pen drive in other USB ports. If it's working, then the problem persists with your computer driver. Try it in other computer too.
Check out your device status: (steps exact for Win XP)
Right click on My Computer=>Properties=>Hardware=>Device Manager=>Universal Serial Bus Controllers.
Check your devices to check if everything is connected, if required then Click individually and Troubleshoot, or under Driver tab, Rollback Driver.
Scan your system with a good antiV.
