Well Hardik,
perform the following actions:
Right click on my Computer=>Select Properties=>Hardware devices=>Device Manage=>Check your drives to check if everything is connected.
If problem still persists, re-installing the device or try to update it.
I recommend you the following only after you try other stuffs!!
I had a similar problem earlier. Once my PC required full formatting after OS was corrupted by some .exe file, and I gave it a go.
After this, my hard disks got a new life. All problems were omitted.
If you agree, please create back-up for your currently installed files and programs.
And please, await for some more answers here.
