Give your patience a go, and see if after a long wait, it starts...!

Further you might like to wait on Kioskea and find a good reply, or then consult it on MS Forum @ http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/ under System Repair and Recovery forum title.
If nothing helps, you might have to opt for a boot-able disc of your OS and then going on to Recover your OS.
