Windows Installer can't be access Closed

Question

Hello,  

I am trying to play a simple game and i do have all its system requirements but my PC will keep saying that my windows installer could not be accessed. please help me play the game.

Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 3.6.9

Have windows installer downloaded using the link below,then install on system followed by the installation of the game you want to play:
