Two lan cables from one broadband modem

Hello,
i have a broadband modem thomson ST536 v6. I need to connect one mac and one windows pc computers to the internet via that modem. How do I use two lan cables for connecting to the modem?

Hi there,

If the modem has only one lan port then you will have to purchase a switch then connect the cable from modem to switch and from switch you can connect both at same time even more with available free ports.
