Video pareshani

Hello,
my dvd/cd drive cant read any disk....what should i do...??? all drivers are ok..there is no any yellow mark in device manager for any driver or device...i also checked all drivers especially dvd/cd driver and i found everything fine and i can place a disk in dvd drive and i can get it back too, so eject is working fine, the problem is it can't read any disk...please give me a solution......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm havin compaq presario n widows xp OS.......thnx.....
