Microsoft Word icon

Hello,

All my icons are missing. I think I threw away something I shouldn't have. The Microsoft Word icon replaces the original icon - Firefox icon, Microsoft Excel icon, Calculator icon etc. All I see in my start menu, desktop and left side of the menu bar is the Microsoft Word icon so the programs don't work properly. Does anyone know what I threw away and how I can get it back?
