Iomega 320Gb wont show data in it

Hello,

i am worried with my HD which wont show the information, but from my computer
when i viewed the properties of the disk it shows that there is a used space and i also used a Mine-pe sofwar a quiete useful, where i was able to see all my info on the disk but after copying into new location still it wouldnt show, i bet is due to virus wich had deleted elier on my driver, the virus changed all my documents int shortcut file. i deleted them on command prompt,
and tried to attrib them but the command woudnt work, from the d>:wont show any files.

help i want my data back and to learn how do i solve this isue
