Hello, if you have forgotten your password, and your security answers the only way to remove the lock will be to reset and erase all data to clear the password.
Go to Settings > More settings > backup & reset > erase all data. Once you've done this you can reset the password.
You will want to back up your phone before doing this because otherwise you will lose all your data.
