Hello,

my external harddisk was formmated on windows seven in disk management now it is not accessing on windows xp service pack 2 nor i am able to formmat it now in win xp2 pls help me

Hi there,

DO the same in disk management or install the driver for it by downloading it from its manufacturer website.
