Hotmail account not open

Hello,

Since from today Mornning i am unable to access my hotmail account , its continusly asked my password and verify the words , i try more than 20 times but still not open .

Caan Any one help me

Please be patient, it may take up to 24 hours to repair.

I forgot to mention that the problem is mostly in the UAE, so if you are from there...
