I am not able to access my msn account inspite of knowing correct user ID and password, can anyone please hlep me?

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 6.0

Are there errors?have you tried to access the account on hotmail?please give more information.

I do not have any more info, it won't let me change the password or send the password to another of my account
