Hello,
Are you sure that your Hp has an internal Bluetooth or just an internal shortcut application to detect bluetooth devices?
I am using and Acer travel mate 2480 and at the first beggining i thought that my computer was equiped with a bluetooth because this was shown on my laptop documentations..
And after having trying more than one's to activate it without sucess i came to result that it was only a shortcut to access external bluetooth devices.
