Network card isn't reponding

hello, Ive just reinstall Windows on my PC and im unable to get my Broadband connection. Ive already downloaded the drivers for my network card but when I tried to install them ,it told me the network card is not working properly and that the drivers are not installed properly.

The simplest method is to go to the Device Manager and that you remove the NIC from the list and then reboot you PC ...windows will automatically detect the card and prom you to install the necessary drivers.
