Laptop screen vibrate

Hello,
1. when i open laptop the screen is always vibrate mode for 2 secods [ not remain statis]. what should i do to solve this problem?

2. If i capture photot from my laptop's camera then suddenly the icon of camera is hidden and dialog box of my computer is disappear? what should i do? Orbicam is installed.

when u start up click f11 or something to get into bios files then change all codes to off
