Deleted my itune

Hello,

I been deleted my itune because some videos that i been installed is not working even i converted it to mp4 format so i decided to deleted . now im trying to install a new version of itune hoping it will work but unfortunately,they said there is a problem with this windows Installer package a problem required for this Install to complete could not be run.Contact your support pesonnel or package vendor.
I hope you can help me with this problem ..

Uninstall itunes,make a system restore then download and reinstall latest version,you can use also link below:
