Hello, My HP refuses to work.I tried pushing the ON button several times, but all to no avail.Then I checked the back and I found the green light @ the back was on, like it normally does.But still the CPU won't work......I'll appreciate if someone can just give me a clue cos I'm just confused.....

Try spotting the source of the problem, if the CPU fan doesn't work, it means that the problem is from its power supplying unit. Otherwise, try the Graphic card, motherboard and RAM slot on another PC.

Dear Sir,

Please confirm whether the problem is not sourcing from your RAM stick, motherboard, power supplying unit or its graphic card.
