Can't download IE7 or IE8

Hello,

Can someone help me on figuring out why I can't download IE8? When I go through the download process, another window opens up saying that it can't find the page??? Not too savy with computers, so any help would be appreciated.

Try to download Firefox. Use this browser to download IE7 OR IE8.
