Compaq screen nt workin evn whn d power is on

Hello,

i have a compaq presario.my screen is not workng even when the power is on.the display goes off and then again comes for a while and then again goes off.its blinking continously.can you please tell me the solution.I am in urgent need of it.

Hello,

It could be that the cables for the display are somehow damaged and results like this. Yet it can also be a problem from the graphic card. Please confirm the issue and indicate for further help.
