IPod internal speaker

Hello,
I need help the sound on my iPod works fine with earplugs in but when I take them out there's no sound and no volume bar,the alarm makes sound tho plz help me fix this problem

Please consider having it reset in order to have it working correctly.

It could also be physically damaged though, confirm it by sending it to a Repair Shop.
