acer aspire one Closed

Question

Hello, i have a Aspire one Acer and when i turn it on it just has the windows loading bar to start up the computer but then just restarts and i have tried using safe start up but it still doesnt work it does the same thing i need to know how to get in to my computer so i can get to the windows tool bar. thank

just Try to change your system  RAM 

IF you can not easy to change RAM from laptop
