Graphic not flowing

Hello,

i hav dell stdio 1558 wid win 7 n 1gb graphic driver. whenever m playing blu-ray format video song. It is not in smooth flow n some time it hang in on snap. is it problem with graphic driver or vlc can't play it............


plz i need your help
