Cursor and black screen of death Closed

Question

Hello, I have a Dell studio CPA, my screen went black with a cursor on top left. I have tried all the suggestions to get it going again, nothing seems to work. Any one have any other ideas? I need the info on this computer. Help. Thanks in advance.  Toni
