Delete cookies and clear your browser cache then install flash player on your system ,you can also use ccleaner to complete this task:
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4555-ccleaner/
After having done this restart your browser and give your feedback if its good or same issue,are you making use of proxy on your browsers?
