Wifi modem

Hello,
hi friends ,i have a bsnl wifi utstarcom modem and i dont know my usernamme and password and i am using windows vista os . when am searching for a wireless connection my modem is not detecting and light on the not glowing too.
do u have any solution for this

Hi,

Contact your isp and have the username and password also your connection line may be not yet activated for the light not to glow which means no active connection from isp.
