Hello,
Try this 1.
When the "Welcome Screen" appears hold Ctrl and Shift keys and press DEL key
twice. A window will be appeared asking you username and password.
Type username as Administrator and then click on OK.
Now you change the other account password from the administrator account.
If the problem still exists, then click on the below link and follow the instructions.
