System error message

Hello,





"this application has failed to start because iertutil.dll was not found.reinstalling the system the application may fix the problem" this is the message i get wen i open my system..what should i do
i did all regedit and browsed the folders u mention..but i couldnt find any 2 explorer files..plz help me..
