Unable to delete a picture file Closed

i down loaded a picture from the net now i'm trying to delete it , it wont let me i think ive tried everything but no luck please need help  



Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0

Hello, 

Try this 1. 

Click on the below link and download the file. 

https://ccm.net/downloads/tools/5689-unlocker/ 

Try deleting that file using that application. 

If the problem still exists try deleting that file from safe mode.

try deleting it in safe mode... 
if you dont know how 
restart your pc then press f8 there you will see the safe mode option...
then try to delete the picture from the file folder where you download it... after that restart your pc in normal mode check if the picture is still there... hope it helps
