Hi,
Contact the help desk or support of the company that provides you with email service or POP3 Client email and explain them that you accidentally erased email addresses they will let you know if it can be done or not ,

Hi John,
I guess that in this case you should get in touch with the support team of the email provider (gmail, yahoo!, hotmail ...) Maybe, their administrators can undelete email addresses. Otherwise, if you deactivated an account, the email address could normally be recovered within a certain amount of time. Just try to login with your address and password.
