Nfs undercover

Hello, my nfs undercover game keeps crashing on me like ten mins into the game and its really annoyin lol i have had like 2 copies of it and both copies and they have both done the same thing and all my other games work perfectly fine so please someone help me

check if your system matches the game requirements.
it may be due to this problem!

im having the exact same problem iv had a new copy of the game and it still crashes
