Samsung YP-U2 mp3 player error

Hello, I have a samsung YP-U2 mp3 player, when I looad files in it, it doesn't play it keep saying no files, please I need help; thanks

Hi,

The media transferred to it may not be in compatible format which normally needs to be in .mp3 and not .wav or others,Check the file extension .mp3.

little late maybe, but format in W7 gave me the same problem. No file.
Do it again in XP and the problem was solved.
