Nero9 can convert video from tv card todvd

Hello, i install pci tv tuner card in my computer,which is working good,but iam facing problem to convert this video file in dvd file, so that i can make dvd,and can play it on my dvd player,so iwant that which of the software is good for this purpose, i order Nero 9 online and purchase it. presently iam still not sure that Nero 9 can convert that MPEG file to to dvd file, this is my question,waiting for yours response
