Hello,

I want to delete files from USB, but message appear: "cannot delete file: cannot read from the source of th disk"
then i want to format it but it is also not formatted and message appears: "windows was unable to complete the format"
Kindly help me in this regard.

Hello, the actual problem should be that there is write protection on the disk. Please get through the following instructions for removing the write protection and then get it formatted.
