Hello, I have Dell insprion 910 mini with the Linux Os Utabu system in it and when you turn it on it says Operanting system not found . It has never had Windows OS put on it . I was wondering if anyone could help me find some way to get the system back or is it a done unit . I was thinking of try to get my wife another one but money is tight I was hoping there might be a way of fixing this any help would be wonderful Thank you for your time

"Operating system not found" error often indicates that the hard drive has failed.
If you have and external CD drive and the Ubuntu CD, you can set the BIOS to boot from the CD. This will test if the rest of the system is OK. If it boots OK from the CD, I would purchase a new hard drive and install a new copy of Ubuntu.
