8GB kingston USB flash writeprotecte problem

Hello,
i can't remove the writeprotection from 8GB kingston usb flash, although i have tried all the solutions given in this site. the problem is that when i go to the registry editor . there is no storagedevicepolicy tab and when i created one it didn't work. so please if someone has a solution that actually works give me some help!
