Try these formula :
1)=SUMPRODUCT((A2:A11="Apple")*(B2:B11="Tree"))
2)=SUMPRODUCT((A2:A11="Apple")*(B2:B11="Seed"))
3)=SUMPRODUCT((A2:A11="Peach")*(B2:B11="Tree"))
4)=SUMPRODUCT((A2:A11="Peach")*(B2:B11="Seed"))
