Using > and < in Excel

Hey,

I am trying to apply a couple of options in Excel and i am having some trouble using IF & AND etc...

Basically I have Cell C12, in which I will input a number(eg.1000) and If the value is <(less than) 1524 then i want 0.04 to appear in Cell C13, But if the value is >(more than) 1523 i want 0.043 to appear in Cell C13.

So Cell 13 value can change.

Any Ideas???

=IF(C12<1524,0.04,IF(C12>1523,0.043))
