Hello, I recently bought a new Dell laptop for my husband. He is having problems getting into his e-mail. When he turns on the computer and tries to pull up his Verizon e-mail, it immediately reads the above caption. People have told me the problem might be our wireless hookup and not the computer itself. Anyone out there ever experience this problem. I am going crazy trying to fix it - I would appreciate all suggestions.

You may have set Internet Explorer to use a high level of security which does not allow pop-ups. I would contact Verizon to see if they can help you.
