Memory Card protected Closed

Hello, 

I have nokia 6300 mobile. I have forgot my memory card password. I have tried a lot but i cant remember it i dont want to format my memory card and dont want to loss any data so kindly suggest me how can i unlock it its very urgent so kindly answer

Configuration: Windows XP / Safari 534.10

Sir,

As i have tried suggestion given by you but their is no option available i.e. File Manager in my phone. As instruction given by you that go to file Manager in system folder.
