Hello,
Try this 1
Click on Start --> Run --> Type firefox -safe-mode and press Enter.
"Firefox Safe Mode" Dialog box will be opened.
Check the check box (Select the option) "Reset toolbars and controls" --> Click on
"Make Changes and Restart" button.
