Hello,
Try this 1
1) Check if there is any autorun.inf file in the drive and delete it
Click on Start --> Run --> Type cmd and press Enter. "Command Prompt" will be
opened. Here I assume your pen drive letter as G
Type the below command
del g:\autorun.inf ---> Press Enter
This will delete the autorun.inf file if its exists in the pen drive.
2) Check if you able to open the pen drive from the "Run"
Here I assume your pen drive letter as G
Click on Start --> Run --> Type g: ---> Press Enter.
