Loading up desktop

Hello,
My computer allows me to log in but then does not load up my desktop. It was working fine last time I used it and I was the last person to use it. I have vista. Any help?

Hello,

Try this:

Just hit ctrl alt delete then kill the explorer.exe process then run explorer.exe again as a new task.
